Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist to perform and supervise well-site tasks in the oil and gas field. The role spans entry to senior levels with supervision that scales with experience, including planning, data collection, and service delivery.

Based in Bryan, TX, the candidate must reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. The role requires up to 75% travel and a strong focus on safety, quality, and client relationships across Weatherford projects.

Qualifications

• 2 ½ - 4 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• High School Diploma required; technical certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings.
• Maintains equipment, facilities and work area in safe condition.
• Monitor and analyzes data to recommend services and solutions.
• Prepare tools, equipment, mobilization and job reports for invoicing.
• Available on 24 hours call to respond to client needs.
• Develops positive client relationships to ensure repeat business.
