Job summary

Qualifications

• RN or LPN/LVN in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in skilled nursing/home health/rehab for older adults.
• CPR certification maintained.
• Effective English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises staff to maximize resident care and ensure coverage.
• Oversees medication management in line with state guidelines.
• Covers Charge Nurse shifts as needed.
• Provides ADL assistance and ongoing training to team members.
• Drives employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
