Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads - no cold calling.
• Build genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening.
• Use each customer's DNA and biometric data to personalize their path toward better health and confidence.
• Educate and inspire prospects with the science and story behind AlterMe's unique approach.
• Communicate through phone, text, and email—staying organized, responsive, and human.
• Overcome hesitations with grace and confidence, helping people commit to their goals.
