Stretch Zone in Pensacola, FL seeks a Lead Sales Associate to develop the sales team and help members feel better, move better, and live better. You will bring sales leadership, receive comprehensive training, and mentor others to grow their careers in wellness.

The role offers a pay structure with base pay plus commissions, performance reviews, and paid training. You’ll work on-site in a health-focused environment, helping staff and members achieve their goals every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Help lead and coach the sales team to meet goals and coaching needs.
• Review daily appointments and goals with the team to maintain a positive environment.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure smooth first days.
• Lead by example and cover studio operations when the Studio Manager is away.
• Close the day by reviewing wins and preparing for tomorrow.
