Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio (4S Ranch) is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to convert interest into memberships in a fast-paced wellness setting.

You’ll nurture leads by phone, text, and email, guide guests through studio tours, and drive memberships while delivering outstanding hospitality. Flexible 15–30 hour schedules, with biweekly commissions and training support to grow with our expanding studio.

Qualifications

• Confident, natural communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Proven sales mindset with wellness or hospitality experience.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable with performance metrics.
• Organized and tech-savvy, with CRM proficiency.
• Passionate about wellness and able to speak about benefits authentically.

Responsibilities

• Contact, nurture, and convert leads via phone, text, and email.
• Track outreach in CRM and manage reservations.
• Encourage new clients to book intro sessions.
• Convert trials and referrals into recurring memberships to meet sales targets.
• Conduct studio tours and communicate the value of membership.
• Deliver hospitality and maintain premium presentation.
