Job summary

An upscale sauna studio is seeking positive and confident team members to join their member service team. Responsibilities include selling memberships, reaching out to leads, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Candidates should have a positive attitude and evening and weekend availability. Comprehensive training is provided, along with competitive pay and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
