Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Hyper Wellness Representative in Westlake, OH. You will greet clients, lead studio tours, deliver personalized sales experiences, and help clients select therapies and wellness plans that fit their goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year in customer service (required).
• 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and showcase benefits of services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans supporting long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, waivers, and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as central hub for daily studio operations and customer care.
