Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to welcome clients, build relationships, and drive membership sales in a busy studio. You’ll blend customer care with sales, educate guests on therapies, and tailor experiences to individual wellness goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year in customer service (required).
• 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans supporting long-term health.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, waivers, and POS profiles.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives and community programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
