Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Membership-based sales in health/witness sector is preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans supporting long-term health.
• Achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, waivers, and POS profiles.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referrals and follow-up to strengthen relationships.
• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives and community programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
