Stretch Zone Uptown is seeking a confident Lead Sales Associate to oversee day-to-day studio operations, drive sales and membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience while leading a high-performing team.

The role blends frontline management with the Stretch Zone Method, including completing a 40-hour Stretch Practitioner certification, and requires strong communication, goal-driven leadership, and a commitment to wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year paid experience managing 4–6 team members.
• Retail or membership sales experience preferred.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach a team.
• Strong problem-solving and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in sales, customer experience, and studio standards.
• Drive sales goals through lead follow-up, consultations, demos, and closing.
• Coach and support Sales Associates through conversations and follow-up.
• Help train and onboard new team members.
• Support the Studio Lead with daily operations, reporting, and performance.
• Build relationships with members and the local community.
• Foster a positive, energetic studio culture.
