Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to be the face of the studio, driving membership sales and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires leadership to manage the studio operations and coach the Sales Associates to meet monthly goals.

You will embody the Stretch Zone culture, promote practitioner‑assisted stretching, and track key metrics to help grow our member base while ensuring a welcoming, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team and manage studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who enters the studio.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates; monitor daily operations and monthly goals.
• Drive member retention through daily operations and follow-ups.
• Lead by example and support the team daily.
• Track KPIs and report studio performance to GM.
• Promote practitioner‑assisted stretching to meet sales goals.
• Protect Stretch Zone culture by maintaining positive relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence across the studio.
