Job summary

ULU Recovery & Wellness seeks a friendly front desk associate to greet clients and guide them on their wellness journey. You’ll maintain a welcoming studio, manage bookings, process payments, and educate clients on services and memberships.

Role requires 2+ years in wellness or customer service, strong communication, and ability to work evenings/weekends. You will support studio upkeep and client outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a wellness studio or similar.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or retail.
• Degree or be pursuing degree in exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, personal training or similar preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer software (Google Drive, Excel, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide them through their wellness journey.
• Use the POS to book, manage profiles, reschedule, sell memberships/services/packages and process payments.
• Welcome clients, escort to treatment rooms and provide information before services.
• Perform cleaning duties between clients and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Knowledge of services and products; articulate benefits to clients.
• Assist in studio upkeep when not with clients (cleaning, laundry, outreach).
