Job summary

LIVE Hydration Spa is seeking an outgoing, dependable Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, and help create a welcoming, cared-for experience from the moment they walk in.

This part-time role requires strong communication, initiative, and comfort discussing wellness services. You’ll support membership enrollment, answer questions, and collaborate with nurses to keep the front desk organized and inviting.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and pay attention to details.
• Warm, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a friendly, positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage client check-in and checkout
• Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions
• Learn our wellness services and confidently explain options to clients
• Help clients identify services and memberships that fit their goals
• Educate clients about IV therapy, injections, PEMF, red light therapy, peptides, and other wellness services
• Support membership enrollment and client retention
• Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and ready for clients
• Assist nurses and other team members as needed
• Follow up with clients and help ensure questions are answered
• Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than simply passing them along
