Job summary

Precision Wellness LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a warm, dependable Wellness Coordinator to be the first impression for guests and to keep the studio day running smoothly. You will manage front desk flow, answer calls, explain services and memberships, and ensure a calm, polished guest experience from arrival to departure.

In this role you’ll coordinate appointments, support rebooking, and handle data entry and bookings with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to welcome guests with warmth and handle inquiries clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling software and data entry is a plus.
