Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations and overall performance of one of our studios in Beaufort, South Carolina. This role rewards strong leadership, health and wellness expertise, and the ability to develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and drive membership growth and revenue.

Selected candidates will complete Stretch Zone’s paid training and certification program to uphold our branded stretching

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in health, wellness, fitness, or service industries.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills are essential.
• Business-minded with understanding of revenue, expenses and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and the studio's financial performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage staff.
• Foster a professional, positive, high-energy workplace culture.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, and client retention.
• Conduct consultations and recommend programs to clients.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered.
• Monitor performance, sales activity, and KPIs.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and leadership; mentor team.
