Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic General Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL, to supervise staff, ensure profitable studio operations, and drive client outcomes through our stretch modalities. You will train new hires and maintain high-energy customer experiences across locations.

Ideal candidates have health-field experience and strong leadership, with completion of our two-week training to learn modalities and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the health field.
• Leadership/management experience is preferred.
• Must pass two weeks of training to learn our modalities and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and sets the tone in each studio location.
• Responsible for operation and financial accountability of the studio.
• Introduces prospects to our methods and presents suitable programs.
• Delivers superior customer service and achieves location goals.
• Implements and manages company standards for key activities and programs.
• Communicates with regional and corporate managers.
• Provides leadership and direction to all direct reports.
• Manages all employees of the store.
