Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a NYC? General Manager to lead daily studio operations and drive performance. You will develop a high-performing team, deliver outstanding client experiences, and work toward revenue and membership goals while maintaining financial health.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership or management experience in fitness or wellness.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and membership goals.
• Strong client service and sales skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to Stretch Zone training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and financial performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Establish professional, positive, accountable, high-energy culture.
• Set performance expectations and hold team accountable.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, profitability.
• Conduct consultations, introduce Stretch Zone method, recommend programs.
• Ensure team delivers exceptional client experience.
• Monitor studio performance, reports, sales activity, KPIs.
• Implement and maintain policies, brand standards, programs.
• Manage client questions and service requests promptly.
• Maintain clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and leadership.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching to direct reports.
• Perform additional leadership/operations as needed.
