Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail management preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans that achieve KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations with a focus on client experience.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
