Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a General Manager in New Jersey to lead studio operations and drive membership growth. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, delivering five-star service while meeting business targets.

You will oversee performance, staffing, and local marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision making to position the studio as a trusted neighborhood destination.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of management experience.
• Health/wellness/retail management preferred.
• Experience selling memberships preferred.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans to hit KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations focusing on client experience, brand standards, and facility excellence.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff; provide ongoing training and cross-training.
• Lead the employee lifecycle with coaching, reviews, recognition, and corrective action.
