Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking active, social-media savvy individuals to join our Field Team as Coaches and Guides. You will engage members, support retention, recruit new members, and drive product sales while enjoying flexible hours.

The role offers a hybrid work environment, requires travel to workshop locations, and a compensation package with a base salary in the US pay range of $18–$21 per hour plus benefits and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance.
• Experienced at facilitating a group preferred.
• Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing needed tools or products.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by helping members reflect, learn, problem-solve and create action plans.
