WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members at our Studio locations. You will deliver workshops, foster community connections, and recruit new members while supporting ongoing behavior change goals.

This part-time, flexible role involves travel within the territory and offers a comprehensive benefits package along with an annual bonus program. US pay ranges are competitive for the role and environment.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness; current WW member preferred.
• Excellent at active listening and able to assist members.
• Experience facilitating a group preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek brand partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship-building and support.
• Deliver behavior change coaching, making members feel seen, heard and supported.
