Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking enthusiastic field team Coaches and Guides to engage members through the weekly behavior-change curriculum, deliver an exceptional workshop experience, and build brand presence at local events.

You will recruit and retain members, coach behavior change, and travel to workshop locations within the territory. This flexible, part-time role offers social impact, a US pay range of $18–$21 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation ability.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent active listening to provide member assistance.
• Experience facilitating group sessions is helpful.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while guiding members through the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events to attract and engage members.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship-building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching, ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported.
