Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking a flexible, part-time Field Team Coach to engage members, support the weekly curriculum, and drive healthy habit change in local communities.

You will travel to workshop locations, build brand awareness, and partner with local events while delivering an exceptional workshop experience and fostering inclusive, supportive member journeys. Base salary is $18-$21 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to provide member support.
• Experienced at facilitating a group.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience through the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community on social platforms and at events to raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing support.
• Deliver behavior change coaching, ensuring members feel seen, heard and guided.
