Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team members to engage members, recruit new participants, and deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum at Studio locations. You will foster community connections, represent WW at events, and help members stay motivated with personalized support and coaching.

Ideal applicants are flexible, travel to workshop sites within the territory, and enjoy helping others build sustainable healthy habits in a hybrid work setup. Hourly pay ranges from $18–$21.

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and guide members through the weekly curriculum.
