Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to deliver engaging workshops, recruit new members, and promote product sales across our Studio network in a hybrid work environment. You will lead the weekly behavior change curriculum and help members achieve healthy goals with supportive coaching.

Ideal candidates are social media savvy, passionate about wellness, and comfortable traveling to workshop locations.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to assist members.
• Experienced at facilitating a group.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and create on-brand partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing support and tools.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported.
