Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking compassionate field team members to mentor members through workshops, delivering the weekly behavior-change curriculum and helping participants build sustainable healthy habits.

As a hybrid, part-time role across US studios, you will engage communities, recruit and retain members, and represent WW at events while delivering an exceptional workshop experience and supporting members on their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and capable of creating engaging content or curating posts.
• Genuine passion for wellness and potentially being a WeightWatchers member.
• Excellent at active listening to support members.
• Experience facilitating group activities preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by engaging members with the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events and partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching by making members feel seen, heard, and supported.
