beem Light Sauna in Florham Park, NJ seeks a part-time on-site team member responsible for sales, customer service, and studio maintenance.

You will greet guests, process memberships and retail sales, keep rooms, front desk, and restrooms clean, and support events, trainings, and promotions while upholding the brand's wellness values. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and passionate about health and wellness, with strong communication and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; sales or wellness certifications a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills; able to engage clients.
• Comfort with CRM tools and studio software.
• Willingness to learn science behind infrared sauna and chromotherapy.
• Ability to work weekends and on-site in Florham Park.

Responsibilities

• Perform studio cleaning and maintain guest-ready spaces.
• Greet guests, process check-ins, and handle sales transactions.
• Support events, promotions, and member retention efforts.
