Job summary

beemLight Sauna in Pennsylvania seeks a friendly Wellness Sales Associate to welcome guests, sell memberships, and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience. You’ll support community outreach and help maintain a clean, relaxing studio environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, educating them on services, driving membership sales, hosting events, and maintaining studio cleanliness. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Passion for health and helping others.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Morning, evening and weekend availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Educate clients on beem services and membership benefits.
• Drive membership and package sales through consultative selling.
• Host studio events and assist with local outreach opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness of studio, including refreshing private sauna suites between guests sessions, studio cleaning, folding towels for guests and helps ensure the effortless flow of the studio to maximize the guest experience.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-ins, scheduling, phone/email inquiries, POS transactions.
• Track and follow up with leads using our internal systems.
• Promote current promotions, new services, and retail products.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service at all times.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas to improve studio performance.
• Adhere to all studio policies and operational procedures.
