Beem Light Sauna in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a part-time, on-site team member to drive sales, deliver top-tier customer service, and maintain our studio environment. You will refresh suites, keep common areas pristine, and assist with front desk duties while engaging clients in a welcoming, health-focused setting.

The role emphasizes sales execution, member check-ins, and a friendly, professional brand presence. Weekend availability is a plus in a wellness studio.

Qualifications

• Language: English (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients.
• Proficient with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure rooms, front desk, common areas, and restrooms are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready.
• Greet guests, process sales transactions, and support member check-in and registrations.
• Create an engaging, professional environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Model beem® mission, values, and represent the brand professionally.
