Job summary

beem® Light Sauna is seeking a guest-focused team member in Florham Park to support front desk operations and maintain pristine studio spaces. You will refresh rooms, assist with admin tasks, and ensure guest experiences meet our high standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling sales and calls, and following safety procedures. A reliable, friendly communicator with basic tech skills will thrive in this role.

We’re redefining wellness through infrared sauna and red-light therapy.

Role Description

• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies
• Ensure rooms, front desk, common areas, and restrooms, are always clean, sanitized, and guest ready
• Assist with administrative tasks, special projects and attend meetings and training
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Greet all guests warmly and always deliver top tier customer service
• Address client questions / concerns, escalating to the Studio Manager when needed
• Accurately handle front desk procedures, sales transactions, and customer calls

Who You Are

• Language: English (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients
• Professional, team player, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions
• Working skills with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar)
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting to 30 lbs. and may be required to sit / or stand for four+ hours.
• May be required to work weekends especially during peak activity periods
• May be required to reach with hands/arms and able to bend, lift, and kneel
