Job summary

Esplanade Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to oversee the pool area, assist members and guests, and deliver a warm hospitality experience. Troon manages the property as part of its golf and community portfolio.

The role requires 1 year of hospitality experience, CPR certification within 6 months, and strong communication with members. The position is mostly Monday-Friday with some weekend shifts; outdoor work in heat is required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.

Qualifications

1 year experience in hospitality.

CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire)

Strong communication skills with members

Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.

• High school education is a plus
• Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality
• Some weekends would be required; mostly a Monday-Friday Job
• Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
