Job summary

Arch Amenities Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Wellness Manager to oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, spa treatment rooms, salon, and retail areas, ensuring Forbes Five-Star standards and exceptional guest service.

In collaboration with property leadership, you will drive revenue through strategic programming, marketing, and guest engagement, while recruiting, training, and supervising a team of wellness professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of luxury spa, fitness, or wellness management experience.
• Current Florida license in massage therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, or nails.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness center, treatment rooms, and retail areas.
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star standards and ensure guest service excellence.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of wellness staff.
• Develop and execute marketing promotions and seasonal programming.
• Coordinate with property leadership and engineering on facilities maintenance and safety.
• Prepare reports and manage budgets and inventory.
