Alchemy Springs is seeking a Guest Coordinator for our San Francisco location. The part-time, onsite role supports guests throughout their visit, coordinating experiences, housekeeping, and back-of-house operations with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a wellness/spa setting with guest privacy in mind.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a warm, attentive experience.
• Support check-in/check-out, reservations, waivers, and guest accounts in booking software.
• Handle tea, towel, retail, and guest delight moments with a proactive, non-salesy approach.
• Assist with space readiness, cleaning, laundry, and stock for guest spaces and locker rooms.
• Support opening, session turnover, and shift log responsibilities; communicate needs to the Bathhouse Manager.
