Job summary

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in California seeks a dynamic Director of Wellness to lead the Spa, Retail, Fitness and Club 1927 memberships, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will shape strategic wellness programs, drive revenue, coach a high‑performing team, and partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, while upholding Fairmont standards and health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Director level spa experience in luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations and wellness trends.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Spa software and Opera is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa, retail, fitness, and Club 1927 operations.
• Develop and implement strategic wellness vision aligned with Fairmont standards.
• Lead wellness innovation and guest-centric programming.
• Use data insights to exceed revenue goals and adapt to market trends.
• Lead by example and coach a high-performance team.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions and events.
