Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Health and Wellness Technician to be the face of the store, greeting clients, explaining services, and guiding them through bookings. You will help onboard new clients, manage schedules, and promote memberships.

This role emphasizes a warm, informative customer experience, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Weekend availability is preferred as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with wellness services.
• Manage phone inquiries and scheduling, including bookings and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles.
• Conduct store tours and promote service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Serve as a product and service expert and embody Restore's brand values.
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive store culture.
