Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, assist with wellness services, and guide customers through scheduling and onboarding. You will educate clients about benefits, safety precautions, and home care while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handling calls, voicemails, and scheduling tasks.
• Onboarding new clients with medical waivers and POS profiles.
• Conducting tours and promoting service packages and memberships.
• Educating clients on services, benefits, precautions, and home care.
• Performing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
• Representing the brand and embodying Restore’s core values.
• Supporting store marketing and community outreach with the management team.
• Assisting with onboarding of new team members and shadowing.
