Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Wellness Representative to greet clients, assist with wellness services, and manage bookings at our Deerfield location. You will onboard new clients, gather waivers, create profiles, and guide tours of services.

You will educate guests on benefits and precautions, carry out opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean environment, and promote Restore memberships.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and facilitate booking/rescheduling/cancellation.
• Onboard new clients – complete medical waivers and create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, benefits, precautions, and at‑home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s values and mission.
• Create a fun, engaging store culture where every team member is valued.
