Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Health and Wellness Technician to welcome clients, facilitate bookings, and guide them through our wellness services. You will onboard new clients, conduct tours, and promote memberships while maintaining a safe store environment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, collaboration with teammates, and a passion for health and wellness. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to greet clients and promote services confidently.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore wellness services.
• Assist with phone calls, voicemails, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients, complete waivers and create profiles.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.
• Serve as a product and service expert for Restore.
