Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a customer-focused Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, facilitate bookings, and introduce clients to our wellness services. You will onboard new clients, tours, and sell packages while educating them on benefits and at-home care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Passion for health and wellness is essential.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and handle booking processes.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand by living Restore’s core values and mission.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by involving and recognizing team contributions.
