Qualifications

• Certification in CNA or CHHA is required.
• Ability to manage schedules, shifts, and coverage per state requirements.
• Ability to learn systems including calendar management, scheduling tools, and email software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Resident Care Department schedule and assignments.
• Provide RCA coverage when openings occur.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Lead or join resident activities.
• Track care tasks using electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties.
• Escort residents to meals and assist dining services.
