Job summary

Senior Living Residences' Concord Park community in Concord, MA, is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) to support our Resident Care team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, person-centered care in a safe, home-like environment, with opportunities to train CNAs and collaborate with families and physicians.

Part-time shifts are available (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM) with pay starting at $37 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MA license.
• 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend and transfer residents as needed.
• Strong communication with residents, families and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Care Director in managing and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
• Train and supervise CNAs and liaise with families, agencies, physicians and care providers.
