Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Concord, MA is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our caring Resident Care team. You will manage the department schedule, assign shifts, provide direct personal care to residents, and help coordinate engaging activities.

Responsibilities

Manage call outs, time off requests and scheduling coverage per state requirements.
Provide RCA coverage as needed if openings cannot be filled.
Spend time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
Join or lead activities for residents.
Track care using the electronic health record system.
Assist housekeeping with light duties.
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
