Massage Envy in Niskayuna, NY is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Wellness Consultants and to drive memberships and retail sales. You will serve as a brand ambassador, building lasting relationships with members and guiding the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance tracking, and creating a positive workplace culture. You will work with guidance from the Operational Manager and Regional General Manager to ensure an outstanding Massage Envy

Qualifications

• Management and sales experience in personal service environments preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Superior sales closing skills.
• Develop, implement and track incentive programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Set goals, prioritize work and analyze business performance to drive growth.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members through training, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Build relationships with employees, members and guests to foster engagement.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate performance feedback regularly.
