Job summary

Massage Envy Shelton is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Wellness Consultants and drive memberships, retail sales, and exceptional member experiences. You will work with the Operational Manager and Regional GM to CRUSH sales goals and build lasting relationships with members, maximizing their Massage Envy experience.

You’ll be the brand ambassador, responsible for coaching, incentives, and maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Have management and sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment.
• Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.
• Natural leaders who can motivate, coach and support a team.
• Can have tough conversations professionally and constructively.
• Superior sales closing skills.
• Develop, implement and track incentive programs.
• Ideal candidate will be sales driven and able to close the sale!

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing performance.
• Resolve customer challenges effectively while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members to improve by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing training and feedback.
