Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Sales Lead Manager to drive membership sales across two Boise-area studios, Meridian and Boise. You will engage new clients, promote the Wellness Program benefits, and help ensure a welcoming, results-driven environment.

The role requires energy, self-motivation, and strong sales skills to meet monthly targets. Responsibilites include coaching front-desk staff, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating with management to optimize performance and guest experience

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in a service-based industry (wellness, fitness or hospitality).
High-energy, positive attitude with strong customer service focus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales and meet monthly targets for two studios.
Build lasting client relationships and educate members on benefits of membership.
Set monthly sales goals with studio management and track progress.
Provide coaching and support at the front desk, including scheduling and client check-ins.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
