Job summary

Elements Massage in Boise and Meridian is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to drive the sales and customer service of our Wellness Program. You will enroll clients, greet guests, and help create a positive studio experience.

Candidates should have at least one year of sales and retail customer-service experience, be team-oriented, and able to learn new computer software. Evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to learn new computer software and adapt to studio processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on client experience.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into the Wellness Program using our sales process.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, in person or on the phone.
• Ensure paperwork and payment are handled quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a positive client experience.
