You will enroll clients, manage paperwork, and ensure a smooth payment process while partnering with managers and therapists to create a welcoming studio experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Able to follow a proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Willingness to learn new computer software and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality in person or on the phone.
• Ensure paperwork and payment flow is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a positive environment for clients.
