Massage Envy Severna Park is hiring and invites you to join a team dedicated to wellness. The role emphasizes superior customer service, educating clients on Total Body Care, and scheduling services to maintain a smooth daily flow.

This position supports growth through training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions. A passion for helping guests and building lasting relationships is valued.

Competenze

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
