Restore Hyper Wellness Corporate Stores in Phoenix seeks a Hyper Wellness Representative who excels in client care, education, and sales. You’ll be the friendly face of the studio, guiding tours, tailoring wellness plans, and driving memberships and retail success in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, scheduling, and inquiries, collaborate with the General Manager, and help deliver wellness services to empower clients on their health journeys.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service.
• Experience: 1+ year in sales.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems.
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours highlighting the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
