Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. The role focuses on new business development and managing a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

You will be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will drive local sales, profitability and cash flow targets, generate leads, plan activities and provide market feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience with CRM software; Salesforce is a plus.
• Result-driven approach and strong listening, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that local sales targets, profitability and cash flow are achieved.
• Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential.
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM.
• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Provide market feedback on segment trends and opportunities.
• Manage the market and conduct customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients.
